Kickoff Meeting
Our initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss the planning process for your ceremony. You will have the chance to share your vision for your perfect ceremony with me, and I will share my ideas and plans for bringing that vision to life. By the end of this meeting, we will clearly understand whether I am the right fit for you as your wedding officiant. This is an essential step in ensuring that your ceremony is tailored to your specific wishes and that we are the right match to work together in creating the ceremony of your dreams.
The Wedding Ceremony Overview
If we both decide to move forward with the planning process of your ceremony, the next step will be for you to sign the contract and pay my retainer fee. Once all the paperwork is completed, we will begin the ceremony planning process by reviewing your wedding ceremony. I will guide you through the process of obtaining your wedding license and any other important information you need to know as we work together to plan your perfect ceremony. The planning process can be done virtually or in person, depending on your preferences and comfort level. Together, we will create a ceremony reflecting your love and personality.
Getting to Know You
Throughout the planning process, you'll be asked to complete assignments to help me get to know you better. As I learn more about who you are and your expectations and desires for the wedding ceremony itself, we can make plans accordingly. These assignments cover every aspect of your special day so that it is perfect for the both of you.
Your Vows
As part of the planning process, I will guide and assist in choosing or writing your wedding vows. I understand that writing vows can be stressful, but with my help, you will have the perfect words to express your love and commitment to each other on your special day. I can offer you many examples and outlines to help you create meaningful and personalized vows that genuinely reflect your love story. My goal is to make writing your vows as stress-free as possible so that you can focus on the excitement of your big day.
The Ceremony
When it comes to the big day, you can trust that I will deliver your ceremony with energy and enthusiasm. My main focus is to perform the ceremony exactly as you have planned and envisioned, ensuring that all the elements come together seamlessly. I will ensure that your ceremony is grand and memorable, leaving you and your guests feeling joyful and light-hearted about the day. My goal is to make your ceremony an experience that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime.
Your Wedding License
I will handle all the necessary details of the ceremony, so you can focus on enjoying your special day. I will assist you in ensuring that the wedding license is filled out correctly, and I will personally deliver it to the appropriate authorities promptly. This will help to ensure that the legal aspect of your ceremony is taken care of efficiently and correctly, giving you peace of mind to focus on the celebration.
The Follow Up
After your ceremony is complete, I will take care of all necessary follow-up work. This includes providing all the essential paperwork for your records and any feedback you may have for me. I will also give you some special keepsakes, so you can always remember how special your big day was. My goal is to make sure that the planning process is as easy and stress-free as possible so that you can focus on the celebration of your love.
Pricing-
When it comes to pricing, I keep it simple. I offer one package that includes a personalized ceremony tailored to your unique love story. My goal is to create a memorable and meaningful ceremony for you and your partner without the added stress of complicated pricing options. You can trust that my only focus is to make your wedding ceremony as special and perfect as possible.
My pricing is simple. For a personalized ceremony that reflects your unique love story, the cost is $395, which includes all the time and effort put into developing the ceremony and communication and guidance throughout the planning process. If you choose not to have a rehearsal, the cost is $275. You can trust that this fee covers all the time and attention required to create a meaningful and memorable ceremony for you and your partner.
Please note that I am happy to offer discounts for active military couples. However, due to recent changes in my schedule, I will no longer be traveling more than 45 minutes away from Louisville. If your ceremony location is outside of this radius, please get in touch with me, and we can discuss your options. I am always happy to help and answer any questions you may have.
